Where is the built environment changing?
Compares a stored baseline epoch of detected buildings per EA against the live current count to surface growth, densification and new settlements — so expected-structure baselines and EA workload plans don’t go stale. The baseline epoch is a simulation until a second real imagery import lands (the comparison is unchanged by that swap). Counts of structures only, never people.
